Welcome to Training: Scheduling Resources in Outlook Web Access (OWA)

This ~20 minute training has been developed to:
1) Show you how to access your OWA Calendars 
2) Give you an Overview on OWA Calendars
3) Introduce you to scheduling Resources/Equipment using OWA
4) Introduce you to the Help feature in OWA to aid in answering questions about using the Calendar Concierge 

 

To complete this training: (Recommended for all first time users)

  1. Starting with Module 1, click the links on the left-hand side of the page to view the tutorials.
  2. After viewing each Module, practice the skills using your personal NS email account.
  3. Repeat the process until you have completed all of the Modules.

While viewing the tutorials:
Use the navigation toolbar at the bottom of the browser window to pause, play, rewind, or advance
the demonstration.  You may need to use the scroll bar to view the navigation toolbar, or view the
tutorials in Full Screen mode.
