Jenna Dyszel — Guidance Counselor (7–8)

I am a proud graduate of North Schuylkill High School. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Health Care Studies from Susquehanna University and a Master of Education degree in School Counseling from Bloomsburg University.

Prior to beginning my career as a school counselor, I worked as an outpatient mental health counselor and academic specialist. I also gained valuable experience serving students and families at Millville Area School District and Minersville Area School District before joining the North Schuylkill guidance team in 2023.

Currently, I serve as the junior high school counselor at North Schuylkill, where I provide academic, career, and social/emotional support to students in seventh and eighth grade. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where every student feels valued, heard, and supported.

My goal is to help students recognize their strengths, navigate challenges, achieve their academic goals, and develop the skills and confidence needed to prepare for future success. As a member of the North Schuylkill community, I am proud to support students during this important stage of their educational journey and look forward to helping them reach their full potential.
