Student Registration

Online Student Registration Information

We are excited to have you join our Spartan family. Our online registration system simplifies the enrollment process for families by providing a convenient, central location to register your children for school.

Our goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining clear and consistent enrollment procedures. The registration process can be completed entirely online using any web browser, and required documents can be easily uploaded directly to the online application.

Registration Requirements

Important: After completing the online portion of the North Schuylkill Registration Packet, you will be contacted to set up an appointment to complete registration. Please email copies of the following documents to kwasilus@northschuylkill.net. These documents are required as a condition of enrollment.
  • Proof of age (birth certificate, passport, etc.)
  • Proof of immunization (immunization records, also known as “shot records”)
  • Three (3) proofs of residency — acceptable documents include:
    • Deed
    • Lease
    • PA Vehicle Registration
    • Utility bills
    • Vehicle insurance
    • Renter’s / homeowner’s insurance
    • Voter Registration
    • Current Pay Stub
    • Bank Statement
    • Phone Bill
    • PA ID or Driver’s License (must have current address, or provide address change card)
    • W-2 Form or other official IRS Statement
    • Multiple Occupancy Form (if applicable)
Effective July 1, 2020: Pennsylvania compulsory school age is 6 to 18 years old. Compulsory refers to the minimum and maximum age at which a student must be enrolled in and attending public school or an equivalent education program as defined by law.
