Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bid title and bid number shown in the bid document. Complete, sign, and return the Bid Proposal Form and the Vendor Information & Authorization form included in each Invitation to Bid, along with any required proof of authorized reseller or partner status. Quoted prices must remain firm for at least sixty (60) days following the bid opening.
All questions regarding a solicitation must be submitted in writing to the contact listed for that bid.
Bids are awarded by resolution of the Board of School Directors to the lowest responsible bidder meeting the bid specifications, unless the Board chooses to reject all bids.
