Megan Rollenhagen — Social Worker

I have been a Pennsylvania Licensed Social Worker since 2006 and have had the privilege of serving as a School Social Worker since 2008. I value the relationships I build with students, parents and guardians, community members, and fellow staff members. I am committed to working collaboratively to make a positive and lasting impact on the lives of our students.

In my role as a School Social Worker, I provide individual support and facilitate social skills groups to help students develop the skills they need to succeed. I collaborate with community agencies and partners, advocate for students within the school system, and assist families in navigating mental health services and other available resources.

I also serve as the District’s McKinney-Vento Liaison, supporting students and families experiencing homelessness by helping them access educational opportunities, resources, and services.

I truly love what I do and feel fortunate to work alongside dedicated educators, families, and community partners. My goal is to ensure that every student feels supported, valued, and empowered to succeed, both in school and beyond. I hope to make a meaningful, positive difference in the lives of our students, their families, our school community, and the broader community.
