Nicholas Sajone — Assistant Principal

My inspiration to become an educator was founded on the efforts of the many remarkable individuals — teachers, administrators, coaches, and parents — who helped guide me in both my academic and athletic endeavors throughout high school and college. My professional journey in the field of education officially began in the fall of 2003 at Pottsville Area School District where I taught Social Studies in both the high school and D.H.H. Lengel Middle School. Additionally, I helped guide student athletes as the head football coach at Shenandoah Valley from 2004 until 2012. In 2014, I transitioned toward an administrative career when I took on the role of Dean of Students at Pottsville; I remained in that position for several years until I was hired as the Elementary School principal at Williams Valley Elementary School.

As the Assistant Principal, I hope to use my collective experience to positively impact the culture and climate of North Schuylkill Jr./Sr. High School and the district as a whole. I look forward to working with our students and helping them prepare for successful and fulfilling lives after high school.
