Facility Use Requests

Reserving Use of North Schuylkill Facilities

If you choose to reserve space in our buildings, please keep in mind that fees may be charged to offset associated custodial costs. Any organization using district facilities must meet insurance requirements and have a current Certificate of Insurance on file with the District.

Please note: The Donald Bricker Natatorium is not currently available to book for pool parties. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

For non-civic, non-community groups looking to rent our facilities, please review the fee schedule below.

Step 1 — Register for an Account

First-Time Users Only

Create Your Account

All facility use requests are completed online. The first step is to create a user account by clicking the Register button below. Be sure to complete all information fields and then click the submit button. If your registration was successful you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

Step 2 — Log In and Reserve a Space

Existing Account

Submit a Reservation Request

Once your account is created you can start making facility reservations. Click the Log In button below to access your account and submit a request.
