Jillian Frantz

North Schuylkill Wall of Fame — Inducted June 2025

The North Schuylkill School District proudly honors Jillian Frantz, a distinguished 2001 graduate, for her outstanding contributions to education and her unwavering commitment to academic excellence.

After graduating from North Schuylkill, Jillian pursued her passion for teaching and learning at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee, earning a degree in Early Childhood Development and Elementary Education.

Throughout her 20-year career with the Metropolitan Nashville Public School District, Jillian has made a profound impact in the classroom and beyond. Currently, she serves as a third grade math teacher and math interventionist at Bordeaux Elementary School, where she goes above and beyond to ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed.

A testament to her exceptional skill and dedication, Jillian has earned the distinction of National Board Certified Teacher, a recognition achieved by only the top 4% of educators nationwide. Additionally, she holds her Tennessee State gifted education endorsement, further demonstrating her commitment to meeting the diverse needs of her students.

Originally from Gordon, Pennsylvania, Jillian is the proud daughter of Kathy Fago of Orwigsburg, PA and the late Norman Frantz of Frackville, PA. Now residing in Donelson, Tennessee, she shares her life with her husband Matthew and their son Greyson.
