Jonathan Noyalas
North Schuylkill Wall of Fame — Inducted June 2018
Mr. Noyalas is the son of Robert and Arlene Noyalas. He is married to Brandy and has one child, Alexander. He resides in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Mr. Noyalas received his undergraduate degree from Shenandoah University and his master's degree from Virginia Tech.
He has authored or edited eleven books in the past 14 years and has also authored more than one hundred articles, essays, book chapters, and reviews for a variety of popular and scholarly publications. In addition to being a prolific author, Jonathan has consulted on a variety of projects including serving as Chief Civil War Historian for the National Park Service and as a consultant for National Geographic's documentary series on the Civil War.
